Summary
I am a qualified psychotherapist working in private practice based in Harley Street London and at my home practice in Bedford. I see clients face to face and online in both of my practices. I also work with corporate companies in providing mental health and wellbeing packages for employees to encourage improvements in employee performance as well as retention. These usually consist of workshops, seminars, themed talks and department groups. I am approved to accept clients with private health insurance (i.e. AXA PPP, WPA etc). My specialist fields are the treatment of addictive behaviours, trauma, codependency and relationship difficulties.
I am also a trained public speaker and have spoken at many coporate events and at educational estblishments; inspiring staff and the younger generation. You can find my TedX talk on youtube as an example of the work I have done so far.
