I offer calm, focused legal advice on contractual and statutory employment rights and potential Employment Tribunal claims and insights for a future facing exit harnessing goodwill between the parties.
Together, we assess and manage risk, including:
• Breach of contract and fiduciary duties
• Post-termination restrictive covenants
• Confidentiality and reputation management
• Protections such as reciprocal, warranties, carve-outs, waivers, indemnities and insurance.
I strive to achieve outcomes that litigation rarely delivers.

Solicitors can tailor settlement agreements to cover tax implications, confidentiality clauses, non derogatory clauses and post termination restrictove covenants ensuring lon gterm protection.
Reputation management is possible so that sensitive details are handled properly especially for senior employees and directors in service agreements.
A solicitor can ensure that the agreement is balanced in favour of the employee and covers and clean break arrangement.
Having a solicitor can level the playing field if the employer has in house legal teams or external solicitors.
Strategic guidance will be personal to the employee. If litigation is the best course of action a solicitor can advise on the best approach to that.
