I’m a UK-based commercial leader with over 20 years’ experience building and leading high-performing sales functions for ambitious SMEs - including a premium British manufacturer of bespoke kitchens operating 30+ showrooms nationwide, and the UK’s number one manufacturer of specialist doorsets for healthcare environments.

I partner with small-medium sized UK businesses who are ambitious to grow, but their sales function is holding them back; targets are being missed, the team isn’t performing consistently, and results feel overly dependent on good luck rather than a repeatable system. They’ve tried hiring more salespeople, changing commission plans or introducing new technology — but the underlying issues remain. 

The sales operation isn’t fit for purpose, and to achieve consistent YOY growth, it needs to become a disciplined, scalable growth engine and a place people are recruited, lead and retained to perform at their best.
