Summary
I'm a retired Chartered Accountant but I'm not retired from business.
Through my experiences in both the Public and Private Sector both here and in Canada I've built up a comprehensive knowledge involving marketing, resource manement, project finance and the production of business cases which I'm putting to use in property investment.
Over 20 years exeprience in Canada and the UK. I have bought BTL's (with a pause due to Covid) and more recently a six apartment serviced accommodation property in the NW of England with a seven apartment property on the way. Experienced in renovation, dealing with finanical institutions and planning teams.
Now taking my extensive experience in the social housing and caring sector to provide accommodation for the most vulneable of people.

Interests and Hobbies
Apart from my passion for property, family and church are the foundation of my life. I am an avid football fan but won't disclose the team as I don't want attract prejudice. I also have a very developed sense of humour though appreciate it may not be considered good.
